Leadership Program #5

The Leadership Acceleration Program (LEAP) at 2U Cape Town has been running each year since January 2017 with the fourth cohort set to graduate in late 2020. Each year approximately 16 leaders take part in a 6 month program where they have the opportunity to participate in 2 offsite leadership modules and to be coached throughout the process. Themes around the complexities and responsibilities of leadership are explored in conjunction with individual leadership objectives that each person has identified.
